Accumulated data is utilized for the production of similar molded products! Production is carried out from one piece to tens of thousands using the completed mold.

We would like to introduce the features of our simplified mold production. After the delivery of molded products, we store them exclusively for the customer for a certain period, allowing them to be used for the next lot or after mold changes, enabling cost reductions after the initial production. We produce from one to tens of thousands of units using the completed molds. Additionally, injection molding is conducted under conditions equivalent to mass production during trial molding, and the accumulated data is utilized for the production of similar molded products. 【Features of Simplified Molds】 ■ The more complex the shape, the more cost-effective it becomes. ■ Molds yield molded products of the same quality as those in full production, allowing them to be used directly as products. ■ Depending on the mold and molded product materials, it is possible to produce approximately 1,000 to 20,000 units. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
